How to enter Pronto Codes

There are several places for getting Pronto codes, also called CCF codes.

One major collection of codes can be browsed at remotecentral.com. To look for codes for your device, I suppose you to start with the page Device Infrared Hex Code Database. For example, I have looked for the Power code of an Ampro 2000. Select and copy the code as shown here:

To use this code in iRed2, open the Action Editor, create a device if needed, and a new IR Code. Then open the Advanced Tab and paste the pronto code into:

Then press RETURN. If the code is recognized, it will be converted into iRed's internal format:
